Eliott Benhamou has been working in the hospitality industry since 2013. Eliott started their career as an Assistant Manager at Pelicano. Eliott then moved to FRENCHIE in 2014 as a Manager. In 2015, they became a Director of F&B at Grand Pigalle Hotel. In 2016, they took on the role of Deputy Director of the Restaurant at Hôtel Bachaumont. In 2018, they were the Responsible for the Hall at La Maison Plisson. In 2019, they were an Apprentice in the F&B Direction at Le Méridien Etoile. In 2021, they became a Restaurant Manager at FRENCHIE. Most recently, they are a Sales Development Representative at Beanstock, beginning in 2022.
Eliott Benhamou began their education in 2001 at Lycée Victor Duruy, where they earned their Brevet des collèges. From 2006 to 2013, they attended CFA Médéric, where they earned a CAP de Cuisinie/ BEP Salle / Bac professionnel / BTS Option service et art de la table in Hôtellerie/Restauration. Most recently, they attended Sorbonne University from 2019 to 2020, where they earned a Licence Pro Organisation et gestion des établissements hôteliers et de restauration.
