Anthony R. Izzi

Anthony R. Izzi has extensive work experience in the construction industry. Anthony R. is currently working as the Vice President of Construction at BEAR Construction Company since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Operations Manager at SGL Inc. from July 2022 to October 2022.

Before their current positions, Anthony had a long tenure at F.H. Paschen, where they held various roles. From July 2017 to July 2022, they served as the Vice President of the Preferred Projects Group, where they oversaw day-to-day activities, contracts, and staff in Chicago and Indiana. Anthony R. also worked closely with senior management to review and improve operating processes and develop new business opportunities. During this time, they managed operating costs and evaluated the profitability of the group.

From April 2011 to June 2017, Anthony was the General Manager of the Job Order Contracts Division at F.H. Paschen. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing contracts, staff, and daily activities in Chicago and Indiana. Anthony R. collaborated with the Business Development team to drive growth and enter new markets. Additionally, they managed overhead costs and reported them to senior-level management.

Earlier in their career at F.H. Paschen, Anthony worked as a Project Manager from January 2006 to March 2011. Anthony R. handled project management tasks, including resolving design issues, managing RFI's and material selection, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Before that, they served as a Project Engineer from February 2003 to December 2005, where they solicited subcontractors for pricing, processed submittals and changes, and helped develop price proposals under the supervision of a project manager.

Anthony's work experience also includes an internship at F.H. Paschen, S.N. Nielsen | General Contractors from June 2001 to August 2002. During this time, they performed general intern responsibilities, such as take-offs, closeout paperwork, and contacting subcontractors for proposals. Anthony R. also assisted with civil site projects, including monitoring progress and assisting with layout.

Before entering the construction industry, Anthony worked as a Maintenance Technician/Driver at A&A Equipment from June 1998 to August 2002.

From 1998 to 2002, Anthony R. Izzi attended Illinois State University, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Science. Their field of study focused on Construction Management and Business.
