Mpp Teri Zeilhofer (Carnevale)

Teri (Carnevale) Zeilhofer, MPP, is an experienced professional with a strong background in housing support, project management, and public policy. Currently serving as a Conversion Program Analyst at Bear Real Estate Group since July 2022, Teri previously held the role of Housing Support Specialist at Gorman & Company, Inc., where responsibilities included managing relocation strategies and budgets. Teri has also worked as a Senior Associate at the Alliance for Strong Families and Communities, focusing on grant management and program development.
