Matt Fischer has extensive experience in the construction and service industry, currently serving as the Sr. Sales at Beard Roofing and Exteriors since January 2024. Prior to this, Matt held various leadership positions at Restoration Builders Inc. from August 2016 to March 2023, culminating in the role of Area Director. Additional roles include Public Adjuster at Spartan Claims, General Manager at Elbert Construction, and Director of Security & Services at Global Spectrum. Matt began their career as Security Coordinator at the Indiana Convention Center and RCA Dome. Matt earned a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Marian University Indianapolis between 1993 and 1997.
