Justin Chiera, PE, MBA, is a qualified civil engineer with extensive experience in various engineering roles. Currently serving as a Civil Engineer IV at Beardsley Architects + Engineers since August 2024, Justin has previously held positions including Project Manager, Senior Project Engineer, and Civil Design Engineer at Environmental Design & Research from February 2016 to June 2024.
