Dylan Keil has a diverse work experience in various positions. Dylan started their career as an engineering intern at RainDance Technologies in 2006 and later worked as an engineering intern at Fullpower Technologies in 2007. In 2008, they joined McKinsey & Company as a Business Analyst and stayed there until 2010. In 2011, they were part of the founding team and worked on product development at test IO. From 2012 to 2015, they were the co-founder and CEO of Chronos Mobile Technologies, which was later acquired by Life360. At Life360, they served as the Director of Product from 2015 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been the co-founder and CEO of Bearing.

Dylan Keil pursued their education at Stanford University from 2004 to 2008, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. After that, they attended the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) between 2010 and 2012.
