Earlier experience includes a position as a Personal Lines Insurance Agent at Liberty Mutual Insurance, where key responsibilities involved client relationship development, consultative selling, and employee benefits implementation. O'Connor's career began as a Claims Adjuster at Fireman's Fund Insurance Company. O'Connor holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bridgewater State University, earned in 2001.
