Marilyn Nietsch

Marilyn Nietsch has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Marilyn is currently working at BEARS WITH BENEFITS® as the Team Lead Operations & Sales. Prior to this, they held positions such as Operations & International Sales Manager and Junior Operations & Sales Manager at the same company.

Before joining BEARS WITH BENEFITS®, Marilyn worked at Westwing as a Junior Product & Sales Manager. Marilyn also had an internship in the Sales department at AUDI AG, where they focused on sales to Latin America.

Marilyn gained experience in strategic planning and workforce analytics as an Intern in the Global HR department at Evonik. Marilyn also worked as a Hostess, accreditation, and service provider at InterCris Messeagentur for several years.

Additionally, Marilyn worked as a Sales Manager Corporate Relations at OFW Organisationsforum Wirtschaftskongress gemeinnützige GmbH and as an intern in the Export, Sales, and Shipping department at DOLEZYCH.

Marilyn began their career in the hospitality industry as a Waitress at Restaurant and Event Location Freischütz Schwerte. Marilyn also gained customer service and sales experience during the Christmas season at Spielwaren Lütgenau Dortmund.

Marilyn Nietsch began their education in 2001 at Gesamtschule Schwerte, where they obtained their Abitur degree in 2010. From 2007 to 2008, they spent a year studying at Colegio San Francisco de Paine in Chile. Marilyn then pursued their higher education at the University of Cologne from 2011 to 2018. During this time, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Regional Studies of Latin America and Economics. In 2013, they also spent a semester abroad at Universidad de Cádiz.
