Merle Ninse

Merle Ninse is a seasoned professional in the fields of sports psychology and coaching, currently serving as Gründer at FreeHead and as a Coach at BEAT81 since July 2021. Additionally, Merle holds the position of Referent at Unternehmen Bewegung GmbH, conducting workshops and webinars focused on mindfulness and resilience. In the academic realm, Merle has been a Scientific Researcher at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln since January 2021, specializing in team sports research, and previously worked as a Research Assistant at Universitätsklinikum Hamburg Eppendorf. From December 2017 to May 2019, Merle served as a Fitness Coach at KAIFU-LODGE. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sports Psychology from Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Psychology from MSH Medical School Hamburg, with additional studies at San Diego State University and National University San Diego.
