Spencer LeBoff serves as the General Manager of Publishing at beatBread since August 2023, following a comprehensive career in the music industry. Previously, Spencer held several key positions at BMG - The New Music Company, including Sr. Director of A&R (Publishing) and Director of A&R, focusing on expanding publishing revenue through strategic artist management. Prior experiences include roles at Warner Bros. Records as Sr. Manager, A&R, and positions at ICM Partners and TheFuture.fm that involved touring strategy, digital content curation, and industry research. Spencer graduated from Syracuse University's Bandier Program for Recording and Entertainment Industries in May 2013.
