Manabu Miyazaki Morgan obtained a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Technology Management for Innovation from The University of Tokyo between 2009 and 2011. From 2005 to 2009, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations from the University of Tsukuba. In 2006 and 2007, they were an international exchange student at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, studying politics and law.
