Phil Lee Morris

Phil Lee Morris currently serves as the Head of Sales & Partnerships at Beatport, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Phil was the Senior Partnerships Manager at Plugin Boutique Ltd. from July 2021 to April 2024. With extensive experience in the music industry, Phil worked as a Booking Agent and Operations Manager at Littlebig Music Agency from July 2012 to July 2020 and owned and operated Unit 10 Music Production Studio from September 2013 to March 2020. Other roles include Label Manager at Raised By Records and Management Assistant at Mainstage Artists. Phil began a career in account management at Owl Audio-Visual Systems from August 2007 to May 2009. Phil holds a degree in Creative Music Technology from Bath Spa University, completed in July 2012.
