Benjamin Chemoul is an accomplished hospitality professional with extensive experience in hotel management. Currently serving as the General Manager of Beau-Rivage Palace Lausanne since April 2017, Benjamin oversees operations for this prestigious property, recognized by Leading Hotels of the World and Swiss Deluxe Hotels. Previous roles include Hotel Manager for Château d'Ouchy and Hôtel Angleterre & Résidence and Deputy Director at Beau-Rivage Palace, where major renovation projects were successfully executed. Benjamin began their career with Sofitel, progressing through various management positions, ultimately becoming Director of Rooms Division, while also contributing as Area Training Manager for Sofitel Southern Europe. Academic qualifications include an MBA from ESSEC Business School and dual master’s degrees in Operations and Quality Management from Clarkson University and Management, Finance, and Marketing from NEOMA Business School.
