Kim Manssens

Kim Manssens has a robust background in human resources and payroll management, beginning with positions at T-interim and progressing to significant roles at Sociaal Secretariaat der Notarissen, where responsibilities included client relationship management and team leadership. Since August 2018, Kim has served as HR Manager for Needlefelt at Beaulieu International Group, overseeing plant HR functions and payroll operations. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Criminology from Ghent University and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work with a focus on HR from HOGENT.
