Sarah Knockaert currently serves as the Group Controller (Consolidation and Reporting Analyst) at Beaulieu International Group, a position held since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Cargill as a Senior Plant Controller for Refinery & Bottling as well as Cocoa & Chocolate from October 2019 to September 2021. Additionally, Sarah worked as a Business Controller at Van Marcke from September 2016 to October 2019, and as a Senior Consultant in Business Control at Deloitte between September 2015 and September 2016. Early career experience includes a Controller position at Colruyt Group from October 2012 to September 2015 and a Senior Consultant in Performance Improvement at EY from September 2008 to August 2012. Sarah completed a master’s degree in Commercial Engineering at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management and furthered education at Vlerick Business School from 2014 to 2015.
