Tom Allport

Tom Allport is an experienced consultant specializing in Climate Technology, ESG, and Sustainability. Currently serving as Lead Consultant at Beaumont Bailey since November 2024, Tom leverages a robust network in the industrial, manufacturing, and technology sectors. In addition to this role, Tom is a Skills for a Sustainable Skyline Ambassador at the City of London Corporation and previously held the position of Lead Consultant for ESG & Sustainability at Taylor Root, where the focus was on building a recruitment practice across various sectors in the UK, EU, and US. Tom's earlier experience includes leading ESG & Sustainability initiatives at LMRE and regional sales management positions in the travel industry. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Hospitality Management from the University of Plymouth.
