Hassan Almaat M.D.

Hassan Almaat, MD is an experienced psychiatrist currently serving as an Affiliated Psychiatrist at Beaumont Behavioral Health and as the Medical Director and Psychiatrist at Advanced Psychiatric Services PLLC. With a strong background in treating adolescents, adults, geriatric patients, and substance abuse cases, Dr. Almaat also holds positions at McLaren Oakland and Beaumont Botsford Hospital. Hassan completed a Fellowship in Geriatric Psychiatry at UT Southwestern University and a Residency in General Psychiatry at the University of Minnesota. Dr. Almaat is also an Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at Michigan State University and holds a Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of Aleppo Faculty of Medicine.
