Christa Dinapoli

Christa DiNapoli has over 30 years of work experience in the field of human resources and people management. Christa most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Beauport Hospitality Group, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of People & Culture at Crescent Hotels & Resorts from 2019 to 2023. Christa also served as a Human Resources Manager at DoubleTree by Hilton Boston Bedford Glen from 2019 to 2022. Christa gained leadership experience as a volunteer from 2005 to 2022. Christa worked as a Front of House Key and Restaurant Training Coordinator at Outback Steakhouse from 2015 to 2019. Earlier in their career, they held the role of Director of Human Resources at Rolling Green Inn & Conference Center from 1996 to 2000. Christa started their career at Walt Disney World, where they served as a Trainer, Casting Assistants, and Casting Center from 1992 to 1995.

Christa DiNapoli attended Penn State University from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Development.
