Fatima Sbeih has a diverse work experience. Fatima began their career in 2011 as a Paramedic for The Palestinian Medical Relief Society. In the same year, they were an Editor for the Palestine Monitor - Online News Website, where they translated online news articles from Arabic to English, edited current and existing articles in the data bases, and assisted with Web maintenance. In 2012, they worked as a Case Manager for Thrifty Medical Supply and as a Youth Education Program Coordinator for REACH, where they tutored for disadvantaged Bay Area students, facilitated Self Esteem workshops, created individualized Psycho-Rehabilitation plans, monitored student goal achievements, implemented program goals and outcomes to support student life, and assisted with all subjects. In 2014, they were a Project Manager for Opus 2 International, where they provided game-changing cloud-based legal technology and services to connect people, case information, analysis and data throughout the life-cycle of a dispute. In 2015, they were a Photographer for Fatima's Bay. In 2017, they were Director of Customer Success and Sr. Customer Success Manager for Beautiful.ai, where they understood the rules of great design and provided smart, design-aware templates that visualize and communicate hundreds of concepts. In 2021, they became a Mentor for First Round Fast Track.

Fatima Sbeih attended the University of California, Davis from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in International Relations and Affairs: Peoples and Humanities, Middle East South Asian Studies.
