Manjunatha Prasad is a seasoned professional in product management and customer success, currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management & Customer Success at Winmore since November 2023. As the first employee and site lead for Winmore India, Manjunatha plays a crucial role in building teams and processes to foster growth. Prior experience includes serving as Group Product Manager at Fairmatic, focusing on innovative performance-based commercial auto insurance, and Director of Product Management at Infor, overseeing the ‘Order to cash’ product suite. Earlier roles featured a Senior Product Manager position at Helpshift, managing API and enterprise integration strategies, and a Senior Product Manager role at SAP, where responsibilities included defining new products within the HANA ecosystem.
