Shannon Pappas (Taylor)

Shannon Pappas (Taylor) has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Shannon is currently the President of Consumer Brands at Beauty Industry Group starting in March 2023. Prior to that, Shannon worked at Alchemee (formerly The Proactiv Company) where they held multiple roles, including General Manager for both the global and North American divisions. Shannon also served as the General Manager for the US division for a brief period. Before Alchemee, Shannon was the Chief Marketing Officer at the International Sports Sciences Association (ISSA) from May 2018 to August 2019. Shannon also had experience as the President of Wellway from May 2017 to May 2018. Shannon spent a significant portion of their career at Beachbody, where they held positions such as SVP and General Manager of Beachbody LIVE, VP and General Manager of Beachbody LIVE, and VP of Strategic Analysis and Corporate Development. Prior to Beachbody, they worked at The Wonderful Company as a Strategy Director and Manager, and at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as a Project Leader and Consultant. Shannon started their career with internships at PepsiCo and Comcast Sports Group, and as a Programming Coordinator at FOX Sports.

Shannon Pappas (Taylor) has a strong educational background with a Master of Business Administration degree from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management. Shannon completed their MBA in the field of Management & Strategy, Decision Sciences, Marketing, and Finance in 2005. Before that, Shannon obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Arizona in 1996, graduating Magna cum Laude.

In addition to their formal education, Shannon has also obtained professional certification as a Certified Marketer Level 1 (CM1) from General Assembly, which they achieved in June 2021.
