Sophie Garrard

Sophie Garrard is the current Head of Talent at Beauty Pie. Prior to their current position, Sophie was the People Team Lead at ClassPass from September 2018 to June 2020. Before that, they were a Recruitment Partner at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty from December 2017 to September 2018, and a Recruitment Manager at Kurt Geiger from August 2016 to December 2017. Sophie started their career as a Recruitment Assistant at Amaze from February 2016 to August 2016.

Sophie Garrard has a foundation degree in fashion management from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London. Sophie also attended Alton College.

Their manager is Swit Flav, CEO. Sophie Garrard works with Alysson Mclean - Head of Creative Operations, Carl Pearse - CTO, and Justin Striebel - Head of Supplier Risk & Relationship Management.
