Paul Bokota

Mr. Bokota has served as HydraFacial's VP & General Counsel since November 2020. Mr. Bokota has over 28 years of legal experience. He manages HydraFacial's legal team and oversees all aspects of the Company's global legal efforts. Prior to joining HydraFacial, Mr. Bokota worked for six years as the Division General Counsel for Spectrum Brands, Inc, managing global legal affairs for its Hardware & Home Improvement division. Spectrum Brands is a $3.5 B publicly traded consumer products company. Mr. Bokota has held various senior legal positions for public and privately held global companies. Prior to his in-house legal career, Mr. Bokota was a commercial litigator for 13 years, litigating and trying a wide variety of cases in state and federal court. Mr. Bokota received his A.B. magna cum laude in Government from Harvard University and his J.D. magna cum laude from Indiana University.
