Head of Product & Strategy at Beautystack

Paul Rasmussen is the current Head of Product & Strategy at Beautystack. Prior to this, they served as Head of Product at The Stack World from July 2020 to May 2022. In this role, they were responsible for the product experience and development roadmap, setting and managing OKRs, KPIs and metrics that defined the success of products. Paul also defined the business and product model and finance support, managed a high-performing agile sprint delivery team across product, design and engineering, and reported on digital, customer and business analytics. Previously, Paul served as Head of Digital at New Look from January 2017 to July 2020. In this role, they were responsible for leading the digital transformation of the company, including developing and executing the digital strategy, overseeing the development and implementation of digital products, and managing the digital team. Paul also drove online sales growth, increased traffic to the website, and improved customer engagement.

Before that, Paul served as Product Advisor at Open Blend Method from May 2012 to November 2016. In this role, they provided advice and guidance on product strategy, development, and management to startups and businesses. Paul also helped companies with product ideation, market analysis, user experience research, and product launches.
