Steve Giveins

Steve Giveins is a seasoned engineer currently serving as a Project Engineer at Beaver Aerospace & Defense, Inc. since October 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at Dexter Fastener Technology from 2014 to 2021, where responsibilities included creating layouts for new equipment, conducting root-cause analysis, and improving oil quality/filtration. Previous positions also feature work as a New Models Launch Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where new model launches were delivered on time and within budget, and engineering co-op roles at CK Technologies, LLC, and Hyundai Mobis North America, among others. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Toledo.
