Barbara Shearer

Barbara Shearer has extensive experience in retail management, currently serving as the Production Manager at BCRC, Inc. since August 2018. Prior roles include Assistant Store Manager and A/A Sales Supervisor at Kohl's Department Stores from June 2015 to July 2018, and a lengthy tenure at Macy's from September 1999 to January 2015 as Retail Development Manager for Macy's Private Brands, as well as Manager in Cosmetics & Fragrances. Barbara began their career at Kaufmanns Department Store as an Associate/Assistant Buyer from August 1994 to September 1999. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Penn State University and has additional education from the University of London.
