Roger Cardoza

Roger Cardoza has a diverse work experience that spans various roles and industries. Roger is currently the Vice President of Resort Operations at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center, where they oversee all lines of business, with a particular focus on the F&B division. Prior to this, Roger held several positions at Vail Resorts, including Senior Director of Mountain Dining, Director of Food & Beverage at Northstar California Resort, and Senior General Manager. Roger also co-founded Cloud 9 Performance Solutions, a company dedicated to improving access to nutritious and sustainable organic foods. Additionally, Roger has worked at Revolution Foods as Director of Operations, where they implemented a performance-based metrics environment and improved gross operating profit. Earlier in their career, Roger worked at Vail Resorts as a Senior Financial Analyst and at The Walt Disney Company in various financial and operational roles.

Roger Cardoza has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California State University, Long Beach.
