Estelle Towell

Estelle Towell is an accomplished operational professional with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Currently serving as the Operational Director at BVI Medical since August 2020, Estelle is responsible for developing external manufacturing processes for ophthalmic surgical liquids, focusing on quality, service level, and cost optimization within a global contract manufacturing network. Prior experience includes roles as Operational Manager and QA Compliance & Validation Specialist at Validapro from 1999 to 2020, where Estelle led operational management and compliance support in GxP environments, and as Process Engineer at both DSM Biologics Holding and Eli Lilly and Company, contributing to protein purification processes and equipment qualification. Estelle holds an Engineer's degree in Process Control from École de Biologie Industrielle, completed in 1996.
