Nicole McCarney is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in hospitality and customer service. Currently serving as Front Office Manager at Beaverbrook since August 2020, Nicole has previously held roles including Executive Assistant, Health & Safety Coordinator, and Hotel Administrator. Prior to this, Nicole worked at British Airways from February 2014 to July 2020 as a Customer Service Manager and Cabin Crew member. Nicole’s career began at Harrods as a Sales Advisor and included a position as a Cultural Representative at Walt Disney World from April 2012 to April 2013. Nicole holds a Level 5 Diploma in Executive Assistance from IEAA, completed in June 2023, and attended St Bernards Catholic Grammar School and Beaconsfield High School for secondary education.
