Andrew Kearl

Andrew Kearl serves as the High School Principal for Beaverton School District since June 2022, following a tenure as Middle School Principal at Tigard-Tualatin School District from July 2017 to June 2022. Kearl has a robust background in educational leadership with a focus on equity, culturally responsive teaching, and instructional improvement, demonstrated through initiatives such as establishing on-track student success programs, developing inclusive teaching models, and leading professional development initiatives. Previous experience includes roles as an Instructional Coach and Principal Intern at Edmonds School District, and language arts teaching positions across various school districts. Kearl holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in English and a Master of Education in Language Arts Education.
