Lisa Leonardo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa started their career as an Assistant Buyer and Advertising Control at Dick's Sporting Goods in 1994. Lisa then worked as a Profit Improvement and Allocation Analyst for Hecht's - A Division of the May Company, where they managed cross-functional task forces and research projects. In 2000, they joined MCI Corporation as a Business Analyst, responsible for analyzing the ROI of Direct Mail partnerships. Lisa later transitioned to Washington State University as an Assistant Director of Veterinary Development and External Relations, broadening the college's donor base and exceeding fundraising goals. Lisa then joined Banfield, The Pet Hospital, as a Veterinary Selection - College Recruiter, managing relationships with students at 41 veterinary schools. Lisa then worked at Fort Dodge Animal Health as a Territory Manager, where they managed a large territory and increased sales. Lisa continued their career at Clinicient as an Account Manager, focusing on revenue cycle management for outpatient rehabilitation businesses. Lisa also gained experience in the technology industry as a Business Account Executive at Verizon Wireless, selling wireless solutions to small to medium businesses. Their most recent experience includes working at the Beaverton School District, where they were a Licensed Substitute Teacher and Temporary Teacher, responsible for teaching music and various grade levels. Lisa was also a Long-Term Assignment Teacher and a Restricted Substitute Teacher during their time at the district. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated a passion for education, sales, and building relationships.
Lisa Leonardo completed their education in a variety of institutions and fields of study. Lisa began their academic journey at Carnegie Mellon University - Tepper School of Business, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management with a concentration in Psychology.
