Mary Jo Gillis James

Mary Jo Gillis James has a work experience spanning over several years in the education sector. Mary Jo began their career as a Teacher at Catholic Independent Schools Vancouver Archdiocese (CISVA) in September 1993 and worked there until June 1996. Mary Jo then joined the Toronto Catholic District School Board in September 1996 as a Teacher and continued in this role until June 2012. In March 2009, they joined the Beaverton School District as a Teacher, and their tenure there is ongoing.

Mary Jo Gillis James earned a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree in English Literature from Roberts Wesleyan University between 1992 and 1993. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History/English from St. Francis Xavier University, completing their studies between 1987 and 1992.
