Shannon Hennrich

Shannon Hennrich has work experience in various educational settings. In 2014, they started working as a Special Education Teacher at Stoller Middle School, and simultaneously took on the role of Resource Teacher at Beaverton School District. In 2018, Shannon became a Multisensory Integrator at Unapologetically, Free To Be Me. Most recently, in 2019, they joined Portland Public Schools as a Learning Center Teacher.

Shannon Hennrich holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Special Education with a focus on gifted and talented and learning disabilities. Shannon obtained this degree from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, completing their studies from 2006 to 2011.

Prior to their PhD, Shannon pursued a Master's degree in curriculum and instruction from Teachers College, Columbia University. Shannon attended the school from 2003 to 2004.

Additionally, Shannon Hennrich earned a Bachelor's degree from LaSalle University in Philadelphia. Shannon'sfield of study for this degree included both Special and General Education. Shannon completed their undergraduate studies at LaSalle University from 1996 to 1999.
