Tim Connell has a diverse work experience in the field of music education. Tim is currently working as a music teacher at Beaverton School District since 2023. Prior to this, from 2018 to 2023, Tim worked as a Curriculum Designer & Principal Instructor at Tim's Mando Lessons, where they designed music curriculum, produced and uploaded lesson content, and taught synchronous group classes and private tutorials through Zoom. In 2018, they briefly worked as a music educator at Portland Public Schools. From 2008 to 2015, Tim served as a Professor of Music, Adjunct at Lewis & Clark College. Tim also has experience as a music educator at Centennial School District 28j from 2001 to 2014, and at Springfield School District in Pennsylvania from 1997 to 2001.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Tim Connell furthered their education at the New England Conservatory of Music. From 1995 to 1997, they pursued a Master of Arts degree in Music Education, specializing in their passion for music.
