Jochen van Esch

Jochen Van Esch is an accomplished professional in the brewing industry with extensive leadership experience. Currently serving as the Managing Director at Beavertown Brewery since September 2022, Jochen previously held significant roles at The HEINEKEN Company as Craft Development Director and at Heineken UK as Brewing & Operations Director. Jochen's career also includes positions as Brewing & Operations Director at Consolidated Breweries Plc. and Brewery Manager at PT Multi Bintang Indonesia. Jochen holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering & Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology, completed in 1998.
