Allison Palestrini

Allison Palestrini serves as the Senior Foundation Program Manager at Beazer Homes since January 2022, collaborating with the Senior Leadership Team to implement philanthropic strategies and manage relationships with national charity partners. Allison also contributes as a Board Member for FOCUS, an organization that provides support for families of medically fragile children. Prior experience includes a role as Corporate Social Responsibility Consultant at Ruth's Hospitality Group, where efforts included orchestrating philanthropic initiatives, and as Event Fundraising Director for Captain Planet Foundation, leading a significant anniversary event. With a background in fundraising and community engagement through Type A Development, Allison has successfully directed high-impact culinary events for Share Our Strength and the National MS Society, among others. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from The University of Georgia.
