Rob Montgomery

Rob Montgomery is an experienced real estate professional with a diverse background spanning several leadership roles in the industry. Currently serving as Division President at Beazer Homes since January 2024, Rob previously held the same title at D.R. Horton from July 2017 to January 2024, where significant contributions were made to sales and marketing. Prior experience includes leadership as Regional Sales Manager at M/I Homes, Inc., where Rob led the Indianapolis Division to record sales, and roles as an Associate Broker at F.C. Tucker Company and Keller Williams Realty. Rob's earlier career involved owning The Montgomery Team, LLC, and serving in various leadership positions across local organizations. Rob holds a degree from Indiana University Indianapolis, completed between 1989 and 1994.
