Martijn Bergink

Martijn Bergink's work experience includes serving as the CEO of Framo and President of BU Pumping Systems, where they are responsible for cargo, offshore, and environmental pumping solutions. Martijn has held this position since March 2019. Prior to that, Bergink worked at Alfa Laval, where they served as the President of BU Boilers and Gas Systems, responsible for developing the global growth strategy for various business units. Martijn was also a Managing Director, Sales Director, and Sales Manager during their tenure at Alfa Laval, with responsibilities including leading teams, sales, marketing, and engineering of custom-designed capital equipment. Bergink started at Alfa Laval in 2002 and ended their tenure there in 2019.

Martijn Bergink's education history includes a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Saxion University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained from 1988 to 1993. Martijn later pursued a Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry from the University of Amsterdam from 1993 to 1996. In 2006-2007, they attended Hult Ashridge for Business Strategy and Marketing. In 2007-2008, they studied Leadership Development at Hult Ashridge and Negotiation at Vlerick Business School.
