Thuc Miyashiro

Thuc Miyashiro currently serves as the Vice President of Land Development at Beazer Homes, a position held since August 2023. Prior to this role, Thuc was the Land Development Director at Williams Homes from August 2021 to August 2023, and previously held the title of Director of Land Development at Tri Pointe Homes from January 2017 to July 2021. With extensive experience in land development, Thuc managed all aspects of the land development process across various companies, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery. Earlier career roles include serving as Vice President of Land Development at Foremost Companies and Land Development Manager at Pardee Homes, where significant financial oversight and infrastructure management responsibilities were undertaken. Thuc’s professional journey began as a Project Engineer at A&E Consultants, Inc., complemented by earlier internships in corporate sponsorship and business development. Thuc holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and a BS in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College.
