Adam Jeffries has a diverse range of work experience in the IT field. Adam began their career as a Business Consultant at TCA Consulting, where they worked on client projects and played a significant role in business development. Adam then moved to Conchango, where they served as a Senior Business Consultant and excelled in project delivery and account management. At SAIC, Adam took on the role of Principal Consultant in the Enterprise Management Information Practice within Oil and Gas, overseeing BP UK programs and leading a team in the development of a strategic management information portal. Following this, they founded Mughouse Consulting Limited, an independent IT consulting company specializing in project management and agile delivery consultancy. Adam also worked at Progressive Media Group as the Head of IT & Head of Projects, where they established project delivery mechanisms and successfully managed IT and software projects. Adam later joined Beazley, where they held multiple positions including Business Technology Manager, Global Head of IT Vendor Management, Head of Infrastructure & Operations, and Start-up Advisor. In these roles, they demonstrated proficiency in managing IT budgets, vendor relations, infrastructure, operations, and driving innovation through a startup business model.

Adam Jeffries attended the University of York from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics. Adam later pursued a Master of Science degree in Economics at the same university from 1999 to 2000.
