Alex Roberts ACII has extensive experience in underwriting and portfolio management, currently serving as a Portfolio Underwriter for Beazley Syndicate 5623 and SIAB 4321 since November 2016, with a focus on cross-class opportunities including Marine, Property, and Specialty Lines. Previously, Alex held several roles at Aon Benfield, managing diverse client accounts and developing market relationships, and participated in a crucial project at Lloyd’s to roll out a new risk placing system. Alex's career also includes early roles in insurance and mortgage support, as well as business consulting internships, underpinned by a Foundation Year in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
