Ben Morton

Ben Morton has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Consultant at SIMAC Canada Inc. from February 2007 to May 2013. Ben then joined SCM Health Solutions, where they served in various roles, including Technical Advisor from June 2013 to March 2014, Manager of Quality Assurance from March 2014 to August 2014, and eventually Vice President of Clinical Services from August 2014 to October 2016.

Following their time at SCM Health Solutions, Ben embarked on a career at RE/MAX, starting as Director of Operations, North America from November 2016 to December 2018. Ben then advanced to Vice President of Operations, North America from January 2019 to June 2020, and ultimately Chief Operating Officer, North America from July 2020 to March 2022.

In 2022, Ben shifted gears and joined RE/MAX as a Business Operations Specialist from May 2022 to September 2022. Ben then moved to Beazley as the Head of Strategic Operations, Canada from September 2022 to March 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Underwriting Operations Lead - Property at Beazley, starting from March 2023.

Ben Morton's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree from McGill University, which they obtained from 1997 to 2001. Ben then pursued a D.E.S.S. (Specialized Graduate Diploma) in Insurance Medicine and Medicolegal Expertise at Université de Montréal from 2008 to 2012. Later, they completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and Smith School of Business at Queen's University, which took place from 2016 to 2018.
