Karina Varma

Karina Varma is an accomplished Corporate Development Manager at Beazley since July 2017, focusing on organic and inorganic growth and strategic planning. Key achievements include the development of Beazley's five-year strategic plan and supporting European expansion initiatives. In addition, Karina serves as Chair of Beazley RACE, leading efforts to enhance inclusion for People of Colour within the organization. Previous roles include Insight & Strategy Research Manager and Insight and Market Research Manager at Beazley, as well as positions at Liberty Mutual Insurance, Liberty Insurance Ireland, and Dixons Retail, where expertise in pricing, strategy, and operational change was demonstrated. Karina's career began with an internship at KPMG following a BA in International Relations from Brown University.
