Khine Oo

Khine Oo is an experienced risk and compliance professional currently serving as the COO Business Risk and Controls Manager at Beazley since February 2023. In this role, Khine is responsible for the efficient operation of COO risk and control, audit, compliance, and global Intragroup services across EMEA, North America, and APAC. Previously, Khine held the position of Interim Chief Risk Officer at Genius Sports, leading the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and Business Continuity programme. Earlier roles include Group Risk Management at Inchcape Shipping Services and Head of Risk, Compliance and Technical/Quality at Grace Foods UK, where Khine implemented robust ERM programs and managed compliance across various sectors. With a Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science from The University of the West Indies, Khine has a solid educational foundation that complements extensive professional experience in risk management and compliance.
