Neil Beattie

Neil Beattie is an experienced underwriter specializing in political risk and trade credit at Beazley since January 2017. Prior to this role, Neil held various positions at Zurich Insurance Group from January 2008 to January 2017, including Senior Underwriter for Credit & Political Risks, Head of Business Analytics for Global Corporate and Specialty, and Senior Business Analyst. Neil's career began at Zurich Financial Services as a Senior Account Executive from April 2002 to August 2006, followed by a position as Talent Manager at the Chartered Insurance Institute from August 2006 to January 2008. Neil graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Biology from the University of York in 1999.
