Rajinder Virdee

Rajinder Virdee is a seasoned risk actuary with extensive experience in risk management and quantitative analysis. Currently, Rajinder serves as a Risk Actuary at Beazley since July 2022. Prior to this role, Rajinder worked as a Senior Quantitative Risk Analyst at Tokio Marine HCC, where responsibilities included validating internal models and technical provisions for both International and Syndicate business. Rajinder's background also includes positions as a GI Capital Analyst at NFU Mutual, focusing on the GI Financial Risk team, and as an Actuarial Analyst at Tesco Underwriting, where contributions involved reserving and capital tasks. Early career experience includes an internship at Deutsche Bank in Securities Lending. Rajinder holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Leeds and is affiliated with the Institute Faculty of Actuaries since 2014.
