Marta Carretero has over 12 years of experience in business development and marketing. Marta began their career in 2008 as an Account Executive in the Marketing Department of Telyco- Grupo Telefónica. Marta then moved to Red Trabajar in 2008, where they were the Commercial Director, managing large accounts and online advertising. In 2012, they joined Publiclas Marketing, SL as the Account Director, managing large accounts, digital advertising, and online marketing for RED TRABAJAR, Femme Tips, trabajo.org, Moda y Look, and Acelera.com. Since 2014, they have been the Business Development & Marketing Director at beBee, specializing in business development and marketing for the markets of Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. In this role, they have directed the Communication & Social Media and Business Development & Marketing departments, negotiated with agencies and advertisers, optimized campaigns and analyzed results, developed and managed strategies for online advertising campaigns, negotiated capture models (CPM, CPL, CPC, CPA), and directed the organization and strategy of corporate EVENTS. Marta has a great capacity for team management and direction, with great communication skills and a knowledge of the latest technologies and sales in the sector.

Marta Carretero graduated from ESIC Business & Marketing School in 2008 with a degree in Licenciada en Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas in the field of Publicidad. Marta began their studies at the school in 2003.
