Eral Osmanoglou has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Eral is currently working as the Co-Founder and CTO at Becanex GmbH, a position they have held since April 2020. Prior to this, they held the role of Co-Founder and Managing Director at Becanex GmbH from October 2018 to April 2020.
In 2019, Osmanoglou co-founded Ofinext and served as the Managing Director until April 2020. Eral also co-founded Phytonext b.v. in 2017 and held the role of Managing Director until April 2020.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Osmanoglou founded Smartness From Nature in 2015 and worked as the Founder until January 2019. Eral also worked at TOP bv from 2011 to 2018, starting as an Internship Development & Innovation and later taking on roles such as Food Technologist, Business Developer, and Business Development Manager.
In 2010, Osmanoglou founded Moleculairkoken.net, a platform aimed at making the science and technology of cooking accessible. Eral served as the Founder until June 2015.
Osmanoglou began their professional journey as a Chef at Restaurant de Poort, Gorinchem in 2004, where they were responsible for menu development and food preparation. In addition, they held leadership positions at Study association Nicolas Appert, serving as Secretary and President from 2007 to 2008.
Throughout their career, Osmanoglou has demonstrated a strong passion for innovation, technology, and entrepreneurship, with a focus on the food industry. Eral has gained expertise in areas such as process development, food design, innovation management, and project management. Osmanoglou holds a Master's degree in Food Process Engineering from Wageningen University, where they were also involved in various projects and workshops.
