With a career spanning over two decades, Jenny has consistently focused on human resources management, people support, and recruitment, beginning as Senior Recruitment Supervisor at Azure Knowledge Corporation. Jenny's academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from St. Xavier's College, alongside a PG Diploma in HRM and a certification in People Analytics from the University of Pennsylvania.
