Ida Schier Sidenius

Ida Schier Sidenius is a Senior Associate at Bech-Bruun since December 2021, specializing in M&A and corporate law, and previously held the title of Associate in the same firm. From September 2018 to September 2021, Ida served as a Junior Associate, also focusing on M&A and corporate law. In addition, Ida is currently an external lecturer on Companies and Capital Markets at the University of Copenhagen from September 2023 to January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as a law student and legal assistant at Legalink Danmark Advokatfirma from July 2013 to August 2018. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Law obtained from the University of Copenhagen from 2016 to 2018 and a Bachelor's degree in Law from the same institution from 2013 to 2016, along with a secondary school diploma in Social Studies, Biology, and English from Ordrup Gymnasium, completed in 2012.
